AC Brushless tools are a big deal because there is movement in the corded lineups. AC Brushless motors last longer and do not need maintenance. They are also smaller and can weigh less.

Both of the new Metabo HPT AC Brushless paddle switch grinders are 12 amp motors and run at 10,000 RPM no load. Power is no joke with these models and you will have no issue grinding. There was not a single time we wished for any more power.

These grinders have a soft start, brake, and kick-back reduction systems to help keep you safe. Better yet, these systems do not get in the way of getting the job done!

Cordless grinders are awesome, but if you have a lot of work to do, you cannot beat a corded AC Brushless grinder.
