Sunny Days In Dixie

Leon Redbone sings about our beloved Southland and then we segue into the Canadian group, Lighthouse, to revel in sunny days and just like that paeans to the Sunbelt continue with another Segue City Special... sure are a lot of people getting the hell out of Dodge in NYC, Philly, Chicago, LA, SF, Portland and Seattle and moving down here - at least the smart ones who don't want to get taxed to death, mugged to death or really killed. All you have to do is trade snow for humidity.... a small price to pay for living in Paradise...

Segue City is a recurring short-form programming element. At some point it will be a part of "The Big Kahuna." That’s an Internet Radio format that’s a part of Global Entertainment Technology that was created by Dain L. Schult.

It revives the art of mixing two songs together in a seamless pattern where it is tough to tell where the first song ended and the second one began. Sometimes the segues may also revolve around thematic ideas like matching or similar song titles.

Other times there are hidden meanings and Easter Eggs in the mix as well. We'll try anything because no two Segue City Specials will ever be exactly the same...
