Learn to love and anxiety. Wait, what? What the hell did I just say? Loving anxiety? Everybody hates it. How the hell we're supposed to love it? Well, let me tell you something. Anxiety that paralyzes you obviously is not a good thing, but anxiety that fuels you, that helps you achieve your goals, that gives you a boost in terms of energy and urgency, and alertness when you're trying to achieve something and you're trying to sit down and simply work. Well, that's kind of a good anxiety if you put it to good use. You have to be self-aware enough to understand how to channel it and how to move your focus from being anxious and being stressed out to simply: “Okay, I feel this. There's some data in my body and there are some electrons here giving me some information and I'm really stressed out. But what am I going to do about it?” "What I'm going to actually do with [it], how can I use it to propel my success?"
