Japan coastguard recovers empty raft and lifeboat

Footage taken by the Japan Coast Guard showed a Japanese search and rescue vessel intercepting an empty lifeboat and life raft from a cargo ship that recently sank off southwestern Japan on early Wednesday (January 25).
