Garlic Parmesan Spaghetti

Spaghetti with Roasted Garlic Sauce, easy to make, just bake Garlic in oven 30 Minutes, stir with Olive Oil add Parmesan and season with salt & pepper.
All gone in minutes it was so good!!!! My grandchildren devoured it in seconds!!!!!
Something different, just add a roasted red pepper or butter, maybe Feta cheese in place of parmesan, throw in a roasted tomato, so many varieties to kick it up a step. I am going to make one with garlic and Lemon
Things you need:
1 Head Garlic (Roasted 30 Minutes at 350)
1/2 Cup Olive Oil
1 lb Spaghetti
1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan
Salt & Pepper
