BPD tests response tracking software

The Bakersfield Police Department has been testing out a new automated service to ease any anxiety the public has about calling 9-1-1. The new program, known as SPIDR Tech, has been in use by BPD for a little over a year now. 23ABC's Ruby Rivera spoke with the general manager of SPIDR Tech, and has details about it's being implemented in community law enforcement departments.
