Mysterious Energy Weapon being used to Target Humans - Reloaded from STFN Channel

Currently the EMFs on parts of my body particularly my front pelvic area, legs and head are raised @10 to 12 H(e-11) with high rad values at between 05 & 20 decibels (think that is the correct description)?
