The 7 Epochs of the Earth Are:
The Polarian
The Hyperborean
The Lemurian
The Atlantean
The Post-Atlanean (Our Current Epoch)
And, 2 Future Epochs that are unnamed.

Each planetary epoch is a different level of consciousness and expression of humanity. The human form, or the human body, changes from epoch to epoch. During the first three epochs the body was materializing, and, during the last three our body is beginning it's spiritualization back into an astral form. The middle epoch represents the beginning of our individuality which leads allows for the spiritualization of our form to take place.
