Machine Knitting Tutorial - Empisal KH-610

This is an introduction to the vintage Japanese knitting machine from the 1960s. The Empisal KH-610. It is a manual knitting machine with push buttons to create patterns.

In this first video I just briefly go over the machine's components but with each new lesson I will give a more detailed explanation.

This is a Standard Gauge machine that takes fine yarn up to 5ply comfortably. It makes a beautiful variety of stitches and runs like a dream. Manual so you don't have to worry if the power goes out!
