GHOST Whey Protein Apple Cider Donut review

A interesting fall flavor, the GHOST Whey Protein Apple Cider Donut protein powder is available during the autumn months. Apple cider doughnut is not a flavour name that I’ve ever seen before and it is an interesting one. It kind of reminds me of the pumpkin spice latte in a certain way as it has that type of flavour to it but the Apple tones are a little bit stronger than any pumpkin flavour in this. The ghost pumpkin pie protein powder is the pumpkin one and this one leans more so to Apple, but still has a similar vibe to the pumpkin one.
