Highlights of Russian Military Operation in Ukraine on January 23
Ukrainian units made another attempt to shell the territory of Belgorod region.
The missiles were intercepted by anti-aircraft defences near the village of Kanika. Valuskiy, urban district.
Having liberated Krasnopolivka, the Wagner PMC troops continue to attack the AFU positions along the road to Siversk.

The Ukrainian units conducted several unsuccessful counterattacks. All of them were suppressed by concentrated artillery fire.

Intense fighting between Russian paratroopers and AFU units near the village of Krasna Hora is underway.

Nevertheless, active shelling with the use of barrel and rocket artillery continues in the areas of the main strikes.

At the same time, Russian troops managed to advance along the bank of the Dnieper River and dislodge Ukrainian units from Kam'yans'ke.

At the same time, the village itself has not yet been taken. The AFU artillery is delivering massive strikes on the attacking troops.
