Episode 51. At 37, Crystal Abeel, who is a multi-dimensional ascension energy healer, had her kundalini violently open at the ripe young age of 16 at a meditation retreat for her birthday. What? And, no one knew what it was to boot. After this extreme event happened, she said F* THIS and went to film school, studied the culinary arts, dealt with extreme anxiety/panic/food issues, was a poker table dealer, lived in a tiny house, was/is an avid hiker, all to learn that she is an extreme empath. Taking great effort to heal herself, she then became an energy healer herself now living in Klamath Falls, Oregon. Beyond practicing Reiki (remote and in person), she is an ascension mentor where she accesses your multi-dimensional self by getting in touch with 27 different dimensions of consciousness channeling Higher Guidance and Divine Love and Light to assist in growing, healing, and evolving.
