It can manifest in physical symptoms such as muscle tension, fatigue, headaches, and difficulty sleeping. It's important to seek help from a mental health professional if you find yourself struggling with anxiety and it's interfering with your daily life. Therapy, medication, mindfulness and support groups can help to manage and reduce anxiety symptoms.
