Author Josh Peck and I discuss his new book and ideas on whether the Essense, living in Qumran, supplied numerous leaders early on in the Christian movement. There is a calendar claimed to be from the Essenes that suggests the world ends sometime between 2025 and 2075. Is this likely to be true?
