Custard Slices

This is probably the best Custard Slices you will ever make and enjoy

Recipe:
Ingredients:
1 Packet of Cream Crackers
4 eggs
6 Tbs Corn Flour
6 Tbs Custard Powder
1 Tsp Vanilla essence
125g Butter
1 Tin Condenced Milk
1 litre of Milk (3 x tins of milk)

Icing:
2 Cups icing sugar
40 ml of boiling water

Method:
Pack biscuits, 3 x 4 rows or 4 x 5 (depending on the thickness you want)
Melt butter, milk and condenced milk and vanilla essence in a pot on stove until boiling
Mix eggs, custard powder and corn flour until well mixed
Add half of the boiling milk into the egg mixture and mix, then poor the egg mixture in the pot and mix until thick
Pour the mixture over the packed biscuits, smooth it out
Pack another set of biscuits
Put in fridge for 1 - 2 hours

Icing:
Pour the boling water into the icing sugar and mix until glazed
Pour the mixture over the custard slices and put back in the fridge
