The Gopher Frog is Endangered and We're Helping Give it a Head Start

The gopher frog is one of the rare amphibians that lives in the sandhills and longleaf pine forests of the south-east. I got to go out with Dustin's team at the NC zoo who is working with the NC Wildlife resource commission to help these frogs. It's amazing work that is helping, but it can't be done alone. The first part is making sure people know what's happening. That's why I shot this.

A big thanks to all current and future patrons who are helping fund this science and filmmaking outreach via patreon: http://bit.ly/2Sfmkph

I also wanted to thank the NC zoo for their added support in this project and for helping me get out to this location.
