Buffalo Chicken Grilled Cheese inspired by Sam The Cooking Guy

When Nates away, Jeff and I will play! Had fun in the castle with this very good Buffalo Chicken Grilled Cheese. So tasty! Special thanks to Brother Dave for joining us in Nates absence. And a thanks to Sam the Cooking Guy who inspired us to make this sandwich!

Recipe:
1 cup Monterey cheese
2/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup whipped cream cheese
2 - 2 1/2 cups chicken thighs
1 cup mayo
2 tablespoons garlic paste
1 - 2 minced jalapeno
1 cup buffalo sauce
salt, pepper, cayenne pepper
Butter bread
