Greetings Griddle Nation! Before you comment on the Audio Issues please be aware... We know. Unfortunately we hit some technical difficulties while filming and what you see here is the best we can do. Hopefully it doesn't stop you from appreciating the concept and cook.

That being said the overall results of this were a win! It was fun cook and the meats had a nice light smoke flavor on them. This would definitely be an entertaining process for a summer cook! Like Todd says... We hope you "...Give it a try!..."
