Party Potatoes!!! #ricecrispy

Ingredients:

32 oz frozen hash browns potatoes, thawed
2 cups spur cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 medium onion diced
12 oz shredded cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Topping

1/2 - 1 stick butter, melted
1 - 1 1/2 cups rice krispies
Melt 1/2 to 1 stick butter and mix with rice krispies. Spread on top of casserole

Bake at 350 for 1- 1 1/2 hrs
