The top news in the Japanese media is "heavy snow" everywhere. As much as 70 centimeters of snow is expected to fall between tonight and tomorrow morning. There are concerns about cars getting stuck on snow-covered roads, power outages, etc.

In the Nasu area where I live, it started falling around 4:00 p.m. and quickly turned into a silver world.

Firewood was piled up outside, cut and stored in the warehouse. Even though it is snowing, I hope I can make a fire in the stone kiln and roast sweet potatoes.
