Creme Fraiche is a richer, creamier, less tangy version of sour cream, essentially. Sour cream… well, I’m sure we ALL know what that tastes like. Whether as a topping or used in baking or fluffing up eggs, both of these treasures are better homemade! Minimal ingredients, really you just need some time to make them amazing!
