* INTUITION IS UNDER-RATED
"Intuition is the sum of knowledge of what we have learned by being in the world that results in a feeling in our bodies that makes us feel we are doing the right thing or going down a dangerous path. This sum experience can also manifest as a feeling towards another being that is beyond first impressions. It is not a cognitive process in that we are conscious of thinking or engaging in any rational thought process. It is sub-cognitive, a compilation of learned experiences that have formed neural networks in our brain and is out of reach of our conscious thoughts. These neural nets sometimes produce feelings in our bodies.

To summarize, intuition is the result of the sum of what we have learned from our experience that responds to a situation with a feeling in our bodies. It is not conscious, but subconscious.

Therefore, I always tell my students to learn to Trust their Intuition."
