Footage shows the moment California police officers detained Half Moon Bay suspect Chunli Zhao

A gunman killed seven people and injured one before being arrested in California on Monday. The shootings occurred at two separate locations in the coastal city of Half Moon Bay. A suspect is reportedly in custody after turning himself in. Multiple news outlets have reported that the individual is 67-year-old Chunli Zhao, a local resident. The suspect was filmed by news cameras turning himself in to the San Mateo County Sheriff's Office about two hours after the shootings. Investigators have not yet provided a motive for this attack.
