Venezuela public sector workers rally for better pay

Hundreds of public sector workers, including teachers, nurses, and retired police officers, took to the streets in Venezuela on Monday (January 23) to demand better salaries and pensions, as the country faces high inflation, while Venezuela's gradual shift to the dollar is also widening the wage gap between public and private sector workers.
