Sheriff: Hamilton County jail was never 'closed,' intake staffing caused issues

An all-county broadcast that went out over police radios and scanners declaring the Hamilton County Justice Center was "closed" was a result of miscommunication, according to Hamilton County Sheriff Charmaine McGuffey.
