Economy creates challenges for disaster recovery

More than 3 million Americans lost their homes to natural disasters last year. Almost a third of those were in Florida where many are just beginning to rebuild after Hurricane Ian. Chris Stewart found in a place more than two years into their recovery where current economic issues are making the timeline to recover even longer.
