Let's make a supermarket chocolate Gamache?

Start by melting the chocolate in the microwave for 30 seconds, do this twice.

On the third time add the heavy cream and heat it up for another 20 seconds in the microwave.

Mix it well, until it's integrated

Now you can let it sit for 6 hours or more at room temperature.

Ready to use.
