California Stealing Money Out Of Bank Accounts - Is This Legal?

California has seized money from my bank acct and said they will do again and I have to fight to get it back. They said Google and youTube is in CA so they take money for taxes even though I don't like there and don't work there? This appears to be taxation without representation. So wrong and criminal.
