Liam had proactively been making huge arrangements for their future, he said:

"(Rachel) was very loosened up about it yet I had sort of spent it in my mind as of now.

"I was totally grief stricken when we heard the man on the telephone say we hadn't really purchased the ticket.

I was at that point envisioning our fantasy house and the fantasy vehicle, I assume I was

Camelot, who have been the administrators of the lottery beginning around 1994,

caught wind of Rachel's story and sent several a "best of luck" message for future draws.

A representative for the organization said:
