Tesla's FSD Beta V11 to make use of neural nets for vehicle navigation & control

Currently @TeslaMotors's FSD uses neural nets to interpret what it is seeing, however it is not using that to actually make decisions as to how it drives and interacts with the environment. However, FSD Beta V11 will use neural nets for vehicle navigation and control.
