Iowa's Food Stamp Prog is changing - NO MORE babies just to get more food!!!

This excerpt is from Alaska Prepper, but it details how Iowa's food stamp program will NOT pay for certain things in the future once it passes the house and senate here in Iowa. And WHY do I say it like it's a sure thing, because Iowa is TOTALLY RED - Ooooo-Rah!!
