There are two parables that Jesus uses to describe the concept of the Kingdom of Heaven by emphasizing God’s constant pursuit of mankind. Why do we experience dry seasons in our walks with the Lord where we don’t feel like cracking open our Bibles? It’s because we have a “response” problem. At times, we take on the role of the initiator when it comes to our relationship with the Lord, but when we do this, it is biblically out of order.
