USAF CLASSIFIED BLACK BUDGET AIRCRAFT - SECRET SPACE PROGRAM MICHAEL SCHRATT - FEB 2014

Military Aerospace historian Michael Schratt gives brief overview of black budget and classified aircraft that have been developed by the United States.

Mr. Schratt himself is a private pilot and aerospace draftsman with many contacts dealing with classified “black programs”.
