On Feb 18, 2022 Joanne was wrongly accused of possession of a weapon and mischief causing property damage. These charges were used in the media to validate the use of the Emergencies Act and this incident was referenced in the Public Order Emergency Inquiry. Now the courts have made it clear, they didn't have the evidence they needed to convict, because Joanne is innocent.

For the past two years Joanne has been vilified by the media and as a results has had her life turned upside down. She lost her job, her reputation and has spent countless hours defending herself in court, as a self-represented litigant. Stand4THEE has been there every step of the way and Joanne did an incredible job of defending herself. We couldn't be more proud of Joanne!
