Russia's Lavrov: conflict with West 'almost a real war'

Russia's Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov was in South Africa on Monday (January 23), visiting one of the Kremlin's most important allies on a continent divided over the war in Ukraine and Western attempts to isolate Moscow. David Doyle has more.
