The Statute Law Revision Act 1893(UK) repealed the Enacting Clause of the British North America Act 1867 (now know as the "Constitution Act 1867") in 1893.
This is where the "Federal Government" and "Queen of Canada" claim their authority to govern the people, land and resources of Canada derives from.
Section 2 was also repealed through the same Act. Section 2 extended Queen Victoria's "Executive Government and Authority of and over Canada" to her heirs and successors. Queen Victoria died on February 22, 1901, and the lawful executive government and authority of and over Canada created through the British North America Act 1867 and it's revisions died with her.
