INGREDIENTS :

650 grams cubed chicken breast ( 22.92 oz )
340 grams penne pasta ( 11.99 oz )
190 grams grated parmesan ( 6.70 oz )
280 grams canned peas ( 9.87 oz )
710 ml chicken broth ( 3 cups )
210 ml double cream ( 7.10 oz )
100 grams chopped onion ( 3.52 oz )
2 minced garlic cloves
90 grams butter ( 3.17 oz )
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper ( 1.16 grams )
1/4 teaspoon salt ( 0.57 grams )
1/4 teaspoon dried basil ( 0.35 grams )
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme ( 0.35 grams )
1/4 teaspoon rosemary ( 0.30 grams )
1/4 teaspoon marjoram ( 0.15 grams )
1/4 teaspoon oregano ( 0.25 grams )
10 grams chopped parsley ( 0.35 oz )
2 tablespoons olive oil ( 29.6 ml )

INSTRUCTIONS :

.boil 340 grams penne pasta in water for 10 to 15 minutes
.in a large pot / wok on medium heat add 2 tablespoons olive oil
.once heated add 650 grams cubed chicken breast
.add 1/8 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
.cook for approximately 5 minutes & set aside
.in same pot / wok on medium add 90 grams butter
.once melted add 100 grams chopped onion, 2 minced garlic cloves
.cook for 1 to 2 minutes
.add 710 ml chicken broth, 210 ml double cream & mix well
.add 1/8 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
.add 1/4 teaspoon oregano, 1/4 teaspoon marjoram
.add 1/4 teaspoon rosemary, 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
.add 1/4 teaspoon dried basil & mix well
.add 190 grams grated parmesan, mix well until melted
.add cooked chicken & mix well
.add pasta & mix well
.add 280 grams canned peas & mix well
.add 10 grams chopped parsley & mix well
.cook until pasta is soft
