Blizzard Will Be Left Holding The Bag In The Microsoft Deal

Microsoft's merger with Activision Blizzard is not going well. We have not seen the level of Video Game scrutiny since the console wars of Sega and Nintendo went before the USA congress. This $69 billion deal, with the history of protests at Blizzard leading up to the purchase offer by Microsoft has continued down the path which anti-trust threaten the deal from happening. Is Activision going to be left holding the bag? Will Microsoft get a large market share for the Game Pass?
