Rejuvinating overwintered chillies

I've showed you how to overwinter pepper plants now it's time those chilli plants are waking up so it's important to get them off to the right start.
I'll demonstrate a really simple way of overwintering chilli plants so you can start growing chillies a lot earlier next year and how to wake them up again and the thing you need to look out for. So if you grow chillies from seed each year why not try to keep your chilli plants alive through the winter so you can get earlier bumper harvests next year.
