Strange Daytime Capture by Jason

Jason had to mention the following about this capture:

1/21/23 7:29am This was a white orb I saw coming from the north east then it stopped a few times and took off very fast from the direction it came from. I have no idea what this is . I know it's not a air craft or drone or balloon or bird. This isn't a jet reflecting off the sun either. Jets just can't stop and go the other way.
