Happy people lift, your spirits, make you smile and leave you feeling good all day long well they may have been born with sunny disposition, it's more than likely that at some point, they simply opted for happiness. It starts with a conscious choice to count, blessings and cultivate gratitude and then it seems there's no end of things to be happy about when you catch yourself frowning at life choose better for yourself and everyone around you. Offered God a "Thank You!" for the blessings all around you and see how quickly you can have a happy day.
