The Easiest Tall & Fluffy Biscuits
2 cups Self-rising Flour, sifted
1 TBSP Sugar
1/3 cup Mayonnaise
1 TBSP Melted Butter
3/4 - 1 cup Whole Milk

Preheat oven to 500 degrees F. Sift flour into a medium bowl. Add sugar and mix together. Add mayo, butter and 3/4 cup milk and mix. If it is still too dry, add a tiny bit of milk and mix. Continue until dough pulls away from sides and is not too sticky. Flour your surface and press dough out. Fold over from all four sides and press flat. Fold over from all four sides once more and press out to 1/2" - 3/4" thick. Cut out with a biscuit cutter and place on a greased flat iron pan. Start in the middle with sides touching. Bake between 10-12 minutes.
