The reason Acts 28 people are around is because Acts 9 is not correct. To say that everyone alive after Acts 9 was moved into the Body of Christ is very wrong and misleading. Both programs existed from 13 to 28 and were side by side. Let's not blend them together. Keep them seperate just like Paul did.
