74-Year-Old Female Killed on West 83rd Manhattan

A 74-year-old female came home to her residence on West 83 street at upper west side Manhattan. She was later found by her sister after not answering her phone face down and tied up dead. The cables to the video cameras and hard drive in the building were both taken.
