The Electric Chicken is a great attractor pattern for Redfish. The bright colors and extra flash really catch the fishes eye while the movement of the rabbit Zonker tail draw them in. Using rabbit strips for tail in streamer flies can present a bit of a challenge to keep them from fouling up in the gap of the hook. In the Electric Chicken I use a technique I have been using for years to help minimize the tail fouling. It should work for you as well. - Enjoy
