who cooks Meatloaf on a grill?
Recipe: 2lbs ground beef 85/15. 2lbs sweet sausage. 6 strips of thick bacon chopped and cooked (not crispy) with half grease. 2 beaten eggs. 4 crushed garlic cloves. 1/2 diced red pepper. 1/2 diced vidalia onion. 1/8 cup light brown sugar. tbs salt & pepper. tbs or 2 Kosmos Honey Killer Bee. 1/4 cup plain panko, add until texture isn't too sticky. Smoke off set to heat at 300 degrees on a wire rack until 145 degrees internal temp (about 2 hours). Brush with fav BBQ sauce and cook another 10mins then rest for 5-10 mins. End product will be 155 degrees internal and will carry over a couple degrees resting.
