Turmeric + ACV Elixir Recipe's

Ingredients

1 cup turmeric, skin on (this is preference)

3 lemons juiced

1/2 cup water

1 tblsp maple syrup

1/4 tsp black pepper

1 tblsp apple cider vinegar

Blend the turmeric and water together on high. Strain with anut milk bag or colander. Now add your maple syrup, apple cider vinegar and black pepper. Mix and transfer to a glass container ideally with a spout.

Refrigerate and enjoy between 3-5 days.
