Plant apple seeds in a container filled with potting soil and keep it in a sunny spot. As the seedlings grow, you can transfer them to a larger container or even a garden bed.

Use a pineapple top to start a new plant. Simply cut off the top of a pineapple, let it dry for a few days, then plant it in a container filled with potting soil. Keep it in a sunny spot, and soon, you'll have a new pineapple plant.

Avocado pits can be used to start new avocado trees. Simply clean the pit, stick toothpicks in it, and suspend it over a glass of water. Keep the water level just below the bottom of the pit. In a few weeks, roots and a stem will sprout from the pit, and you can plant it in a container filled with potting soil.

Plant a lemon seed in a pot filled with soil and place it in a sunny spot. Water it regularly, and soon, you'll have a lemon tree.
