This story must be told again and again because I survived to tell it.
It's hard to believe how sick I was before I came to Kenya
In the United States and many other over-developed nations, you'll find entire sections - in the "health" aisles of the many corporate stores - dedicated exclusively to stomach supplements and pro-biotics.
There's an abundance of food, and an abundance of diseases related to it.
As the United States is spiraling into extreme inflation and supermarket struggles, citizens seem to be slowly accepting that something isn't right about our overall health culture and circumstance.
Aside from these new developments, it's the food that's driving heart failures and cancer, among other diseases that are leading to unnecessary premature death.
This is the truest of epidemics that are plaguing these nations.
I'm now medicine-free and have added 20 healthy pounds to my body.
There's an answer. There is a cure. It starts with the seed and the soil.
Don't give up, and feel very free to reach out to me for tips about how to approach your struggle.
