He is the founder of Waterkeeper Alliance — the world’s largest clean water advocacy group — and served as its longtime chairman and attorney. Kennedy’s reputation as a resolute defender of the environment and children’s health stems from his success in litigating hundreds of major lawsuits. Kennedy provided mentorship and guidance to dozens of organizations, including VSRF, that formed to defend health freedom in response to the push for Covid-19 vaccines amid unanswered questions about their safety and efficacy. In 2021, Kennedy's book, “The Real Anthony Fauci: Bill Gates, Big Pharma, and the Global War on Democracy and Public Health” sold more than one million copies and was on the New York Times Best Sellers List for 17 weeks.
